Waterbird Amber Peyote Pendant

This hand made sterling silver pendant is inspired by the culture of the Aztec people. It honors the medicine of the waterbird, and is embedded with a carved amber peyote.

The waterbird is a symbol of the renewal of life, rain, rivers, distant vision, and wisdom. It is a symbol of life, a messenger, a serpent bird, and an important spirit in ceremonial healing practices. 

It is also associated with the Native American Church, the morning dew, and its ability to bring life back to earth.

This pendant is intricately crafted by an artisan based in Mexico in collaboration with Anahuac Arts.
