The easiest way to make 1/2" thick 'Linzer' Cookies

• Simple to use following your favorite shortbread recipe
• Roll out dough to 1/2" thick
• Press on the outer edge of the cutter to cut out cookie
• Depress the plunger to create the design on the top of the cookie
• Fill the center and bake!
• Try filling the center with jam, chocolate, citrus curd, caramel...
