Do you ever look at a puddle and see a range of beautiful colors? Well, we took a puddle and put it on a raincoat just for you! The Kinney dog rain jacket is made up of a psychedelic transparent see-through design that is waterproof too…duh! We added a buttonhole for easy leash access, a removable hood and bright branded snaps to complete the design.
